The opportunity:

Our client has launched a vibrant, modern restaurant built around great service, strong leadership and a positive team culture. The operation blends the pace and structure of quick service with the personality and guest connection of casual dining.

This role is ideal for a QSR leader ready to step into a more front-of-house focused position, where you’ll be visible on the floor, leading from the front and setting the standard for service.

As Assistant Venue Manager you’ll run shifts, lead and develop the team, manage labour, support rostering and ensure smooth service delivery. When the Venue Manager is away, you’ll confidently take charge of the operation.
